Terms of Service
Ship Short
Ship Short is a personal command line tool, provided as is, run locally by
the person who installs it. There is no hosted service, no subscription and
no account.
What you get
Permission to run the tool on your own computer to publish your own video
content to your own connected social accounts.
Your responsibilities
- You may only post content you own or have the rights to publish.
- You may only connect accounts that belong to you or that you are
authorised to operate.
- You must follow the terms of every platform you post to, including the
TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Using this tool does not
exempt you from them.
- You are responsible for what you publish. The tool transmits your file
and your caption exactly as you supply them.
What is not allowed
- Posting content that infringes copyright or violates any platform's rules
- Spam, bulk automated posting, or operating accounts you do not control
- Using the tool to access, collect or republish other people's content
Availability and liability
The tool depends on third party APIs that can change or stop working at any
time. It is provided without warranty of any kind. The developer is not liable
for failed or duplicated posts, content removals, account restrictions, or any
loss arising from use of the tool. If a platform suspends or limits your
account, that is between you and that platform.
Ending use
Stop at any time by revoking access in the relevant platform's settings and
deleting the tool's folder. That removes every stored token.
